Series consists of records made and received by the Bureau of Statistics in the course of organizing, operating and reporting on its Technical Assistance Program. Records include briefing papers, copies of bulletins, copies of evaluations forms sent to the Members of the Executive Board, minimal correspondence, planning documents, annual reports reviewing the program achievements and summaries of missions. From 1968-1978 the material appears to be compiled by Assistant Director Akira Paul Nose and Director Earl Hicks, and after 1979, by Director Werner Danneman. Series is organized chronologically then alphabetically.
