Series consists predominantly of correspondence, and related documents, to and from member countries concerning statistical data used to complete the IFS publication and other related publications such as the Direction of Trade. Correspondence includes information on rates, exchange, treasury obligations, circulation issues, deposits, and other related information that affected the timely publications produced by the Bureau of Statistics. Additionally, there is correspondence to and from the United Nations (UN) as the Bureau of Statistics provided statistical data that was in turn used by the UN in the course of producing its own statistical publications. The files are arranged alphabetically and then chronologically.
