Series is open according to the Policy on Access to the Fund's Archives. Files will be screened by reference staff for any time restrictions.

Series consists of photographs of events authored by IMF photographers at the request of the Human Resources Department from 2000 through 2004. Primary events covered include those relating to the newly formed Human Resources Department based on the 1999 reorganization of the Administration Department (ADM), documentation of the construction and grand opening of the Children's Center, Staff Association Committee (SAC) events and portraits, International Families of the Fund Office (InFFO) events, Long Service Awards events, Summer Intern (I) and Economist Program (EP) group shots, portraits, and ceremonies, IMF staff and children Christmas/Holiday parties, New Staff Tea Socials, the AHRMIO (Association for Human Resources Management in International Organizations) Conference, and a meeting between retiring IMF staff, Eliahu Kreis, and former Deputy Managing Director, Stanley Fischer., Photographs (negatives, prints, contact sheets, and digital assets) have been kept in their original order and are arranged chronologically by date followed by title of the event and a file code ("HRD") assigned by IMF photographers. Negatives are stored separately from prints and contact sheets, and textual records (including photo logs) are housed in the files with contact sheets. Besides respective dates, titles, and file codes assigned by IMF photographers, the negatives for each event can be cross referenced with their corresponding prints and contact sheets with the archival file number found at the bottom of each archival enclosure.
