Series consists of J. Paul Brand's working files. Most are regarding countries he had dealings with and contain correspondence he wrote and received from member countries, notes from consultations he attended, drafts of letters from country authorities to the IMF Managing Director, drafts of briefing papers, and letters to and from IMF resident representatives. Files also contain related publications and newspaper clippings. At the end of the series are two files on related projects: "FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) World Food Program" of the United Nations, and "Twenty-Year History of the Fund".
