Series is open according to the Policy on Access to the Fund's Archives. Files will be screened by reference staff for any time restrictions.

Series consists of photographs authored by IMF photographers at the request of the Administration Department from 1991 through 1999. Primary events covered include New Staff Tea Socials, Art Society functions, IMF staff Christmas/Holiday parties and picnics, International Families of the Fund Office (InFFO) events hosted by Brigitte Camdessus (wife of the former Managing Director, Michel Camdessus), Economists Program (EP) group photos and events, Administration Department events attended by departmental senior staff, photographs relating to the Bretton Woods Recreation Center (BWRC), demonstration and protest photographs, and Long-Term Service Awards events including former Managing Director, Michel Camdessus., Photographs (negatives, prints, slides, and contact sheets) have been kept in their original order and are arranged chronologically by date followed by the title of the event and a file code (which is usually a configuration of the date of the event) assigned by IMF photographers. Negatives are stored separately from prints and contact sheets, and textual records (including photo logs and memos regarding frames selected for use by IMF photographers or Administration Department staff) are housed in the files with the contact sheets. Besides respective dates, titles, and file codes assigned by IMF photographers, the negatives for each event can be cross referenced with their corresponding prints and contact sheets with the archival file number found at the bottom of each archival enclosure.
