Series consists of drafts of four sets of subject files maintained and/or prepared by Balance of Payments Division Chief, Arie C. Bouter in the 1950s and 1960s. Bouter provided technical assistance to the Government of the Netherlands Antilles on behalf of the IMF and maintained two sets of files drafted in Dutch. Subject files reflecting Bouter's attendance at Balance of Payments Experts meetings and conferences are also part of this series. The final set of files maintained are prepared by various staff members of the Balance of Payments Division. All files are arranged alphabetically and documents within each file arranged in reverse chronological order., Executive Board Papers and Papers prepared by Balance of Payments Division staff maintained as master copies.
