Series is open according to the Policy on Access to the Fund's Archives. Files will be screened by reference staff for any time restrictions.

Series consists of photographs authored by IMF photographers at the request of the Technology and General Services Department (TGS) from 2000 through 2003. Primary events covered include those relating to the newly formed Technology and General Services department based on the 1999 reorganization of the Administration Department (ADM), Secretary's Department (SEC), and Bureau of Technology Services (BTS), documentation of newly constructed offices and meeting areas as well as alterations to the IMF Building (700 19th Street NW), portraits and group shots of departmental groups and delegates, the demolition of the Pepco building (1900 Pennsylvania Ave., NW), a spouses luncheon, and IMF staff Christmas/holiday parties and picnics., Photographs (negatives, prints, contact sheets, and digital assets [jpgs]) have been kept in their original order and are arranged chronologically by date followed by the title of the event and a file code ("TGS") as assigned by IMF photographers. Negatives are stored separately from prints and contact sheets, and textual records (including photo logs) are housed in folders with contact sheets. Besides respective dates, titles, and file codes assigned by IMF photographers, the negatives for each event can be matched with their corresponding prints and contact sheets with the archival file number found at the bottom of each archival enclosure.
