Series is open according to the Archives Access Policy. However, classified records of the Joint Committee must be declassified under both the IMF policy and the World’s Bank Disclosure Policy.

Series contains records of the Joint Bank/Fund Committee maintained by Secretary’s Department Immediate Office (SECAI) relating to SECAI’s responsibility for the distribution of documents, recording deliberations and decisions of the Committee, assisting to recruit its members and other administrative services which are carried out in partnership with the World Bank’s Office of the Secretary. Specific records include original and copies of: incoming and outgoing letters; memoranda; cables; reports of the Committee and its external consultants; minutes of meetings; briefing notes; aide memoires; and related Executive Board documents and World Bank documents.
