Series is open according to the Policy on Access to the Fund's Archives. Files will be screened by reference staff for any time restrictions. Closed documents from the series are in box 4.

Series consists of seven volumes of indexed files on international liquidity created by the Executive Board Proceedings Division during the international liquidity crisis from 1963 to 1968. The files consist of press releases, board documents, staff memoranda, department memoranda, memoranda from the Secretary's Department to the members of the Executive Board, the IBRD and the members of the Group of Ten. Files also include Group of Ten documents. There are also some press circulars and reports and press clippings from external published sources. Series is arranged by volume, which is mostly in chronological order, except for the index at the front and Volume VI with press circulars, clippings and reports from 1964 to 1967 at the end.
