Series is open according to the Policy on Access to the Fund's Archives. Files will be screened by reference staff for any time restrictions. Where materials are still located in the Secretary's department, they are also not available to researchers without permission from the Secretary's department.

Bank Fund Relations Series is part of the Central Files Collection, mainly built by the Records Division of Secretary's Department. This Series comprises several subseries based on the Central Files classification scheme as follows: B000 World Bank (IBRD), B100 Liaison and exchange of information, B200 Property, B300 Joint services, B400 dual Executive directors and alternates, B500 Dual representation at International conferences and B600 Collaboration on Missions and Meetings. Types of records include: correspondence, memoranda, reports, minutes, proceedings, speeches, blueprints and clippings.
